Shipping policy

<Delivery Service Companies>

- All items ship from South Korea using Registered Air Mail OR Express Mail Service EMS, an international express mail service. If we do not have your part in stock,

we will order it from the Hyosung warehouse, which usually takes about 2 days.

We ship to worldwide by International Air Mail, except some country

-Items will be shipped same business day as much as possible depending on time of day item is purchased and payment received.

-Import taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

-Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

-Please note your Telephone when your payment. Telephones are must for international express shipping.


<Shipping Service>

Most of parcel will be sent via Shipping Service Registered Air Mail,

Parcel value more than USD: 80 or weight more than 2KG will be sent via Express Mail Service EMS.

If you have any question about the Shipping Service, Contact us first your bidding.

If the package is lost in transit, we will follow up with shipping company right away, replacement or refund at buyer's choice


*EMS (Express Mail Service)*

Our primary shipper is the EMS service. This is the fastest delivery service. It normally takes 4-7 days to get to your place. In addition, it is cheaper than DHL or FedEx and it can be delivered to 143 different countries. Our website delivery service cost is set by EMS. The cost will be calculated automatically by the weight of your item and your location. You can track your package by


*Air mail*

It will usually be delivered to your place in around 7-10 days if it doesn’t fall on the weekend. The cost of airmail is much cheaper than EMS but you cannot track your package by airmail.

For customers who do not want to spend much money on the shipping fee or who are from countries that do not accept EMS or EMS premium service(TNT), airmail will be the best option that.

*TNT (EMS premium service)*

There are 72 countries that do not accept EMS. In this case, you can get your package by TNT. It normally takes 4-6 days to arrive. The cost of TNT will be decided by the weight and the size of the package. The cost of other delivery service companies will be decided only by the weight of the package but TNT costs will be decided by the weight and size.

It will cost more as the size increases.

The countries that accept TNT: Chile, Italy, South Africa, Malta, Puerto Rico, Tahiti, Colombia, etc. Those countries will accept TNT or/and airmail only.

*‘Lower fairing’ is too expensive to send by TNT. Therefore, it is not possible to send it.

If the countries above want to know the cost by TNT please let me know the part name and then I will help you to find out the shipping price by TNT. Please ask me about the cost of your package by TNT at

*I have to know the RUT number to send the package to Chile by TNT. Please do not forget to let me know the RUT number if you want to get your package by TNT from Chile.


<Size limit for the package>

: There is a size limit for every country. So sometimes we cannot send the package to you. Normally ‘Lower fairing, rear side cover’ will exceed the limit. These parts will be over 2m after packing it.

Therefore we cannot send it to the countries below:

Brazil, Spain, Argentina, South America, New Zealand, Latvia, the Netherlands, Rumania, Turkey, etc.

If you already paid for the part, we will refund it to you.


<Please remember this>

If you want to get your package by P.O. Box, there is no one to receive the package.

If the package is lost or missing, it will be the customer’s responsibility.

Because of this, it is our policy not to send to P.O. Boxes. If it is absolutely necessary to send via P.O. Box, we can do this but the customer will assume all responsibility for lost or missing parts.

The customs policies of Brazil and Spain are very strict. Delays are possible. Additional documentation may be required as well. You will need to adhere to their policies to get your package quickly. If you do not claim your package, it will

be returned to us. The customer will need to pay for shipping fees to send it again.



Q: After my order is placed, when will the package be shipped?

A: If we have the part in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours.

If the order is processed during the weekend or holiday, it will be delayed until the next business day.

If we do not have the part in stock, it will take an extra 1-3 days to order from the factory.

If you want to know your tracking number, click on “My account/ View order” and you will see the “Shipment” icon on the top of the page. Click it to see all the details of your shipment.


Q: How can I check delivery status and arrival time?

A: Go to “My account/ View order” and click on the “Shipment” icon retrieve your tracking number. Then, go to and paste your tracking number to see current status.


Q: How do I know my package has been sent?

A: Once your order has been processed, your tracking number will be sent via email within 24 hours.


Q: What if I still have not received my package?

A: If you have not received your package within one week of shipment, customs may have intercepted your package. You will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number and inquire about package status. Please remember that if your package remains in customs unclaimed for a period, it will be returned.


Q: What if my package has been damaged?

A: If your package has been damaged, please take a photo as it is and send it to us via email. Please take your package as it is to the local post office and fill out a damage report. Once your damage report has been registered and processed, we will send a replacement part. Please send a copy of the processed damage report via email.


Q: An item is missing from my shipment.

A: If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately. We will verify a few things and send a replacement part or issue a refund.


Q: What if I have received the wrong part?

A: If you have received the wrong part, please contact us within 3 days. Please take a photo of the wrong part and send it to me via email. After verification, we will send you the correct part or proceed however you wish.


Q: Duty charges

A: Depending on your country, the answer may well be yes. The customer is responsible for All customs duties levied. Some countries, such as Australia and the USA, have no customs. Other countries, such as those in Europe, do have customs and/or VAT. 

We are still working to find out comprehensive customs information for every country. If you have any special advice to give us about how to label your package or what forms to include, please let us know. We will never know how much tax the customs will charge for the package. Every country has different standards. You will need to find out from your country’s customs.

We can mark your package’s value as you wish. Please leave a message if you have a request about it. Also, please let me know if you need a separate invoice.


Q: How can I calculate my shipping cost via your website?

A: Please put your item into the shopping cart and press the ‘check out’ button, then you will find out your shipping cost. The shipping will depend on the weight of the product itself. You can check your shipping cost easily through our website, and also it will show you the part price automatically.


Q: Return & exchange policies

1-We can only refund or exchange the part to customers when the part doesn’t have any new problems. It has to be in the same condition as shipped. 

2-You will be in charge of the returning shipping cost for exchanges or replacements.

3-Once you cancel your order: after returning the part, we will refund your part fee only. The shipping fee will be not be refunded.
