What shipping method do you use?

 Our primary shipper is the EMS service. This is a reliable, tracked express service that generally delivers within 4-7 days and uses your local country's postal system for final delivery. In addition, it is cheaper than DHL or FedEx and it can be delivered to 143 different countries.

Note: For Chile, Italy, South Africa, Malta, Puerto Rico, Tahiti, Colombia, etc. we must ship EMS express, which is faster but more expensive.

*‘Lower fairing’ is too expensive to send by TNT. Therefore, it is not possible to send it.

If the countries above want to know the cost by TNT please let me know the part name and then I will help you to find out the shipping price by TNT. Please ask me about the cost of your package by TNT at

*I have to know the RUT number to send the package to Chile by TNT. Please do not forget to let me know the RUT number if you want to get your package by TNT from Chile.

How much does shipping cost?

Please put your item into the shopping cart and press the ‘check out’ button, then you will find out your shipping cost. The shipping will depend on the weight of the product itself. You can check your shipping cost easily through our website, and also it will show you the part price automatically.


Can I use another shipping method?

We prefer to use EMS because we have found it to be reliable and consistent. However, we can sometimes ship with a slower method, "air mail" if you want. The price difference is usually negligible, so we don't often use it. UPS and DHL are generally outrageously expensive for shipping even small things, we almost never use them.


How long will it take to arrive at my country?

Depending on if we have it in stock and how long EMS takes to deliver, it should arrive in your country from 4-7 days after ordering.


What if I still have not received my package?

If you have not received your package within one week of shipment, customs may have intercepted your package. You will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number and inquire about package status.


How do I know my package has been sent?

Once your order has been processed, your tracking number will be sent via email within 24 hours.


How can I check delivery status and arrival time?

Go to “My account/ View order” and click on the “Shipment” icon retrieve your tracking number. Then, go to and paste your tracking number to see current status.

After my order is placed, when will the package be shipped?

If we have the part in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours.

If the order is processed during the weekend or holiday, it will be delayed until the next business day.

If we do not have the part in stock, it will take an extra 1-3 days to order from the factory.

If you want to know your tracking number, click on “My account/ View order” and you will see the “Shipment” icon on the top of the page. Click it to see all the details of your shipment.


What if I still have not received my package?

If you have not received your package within one week of shipment, customs may have intercepted your package. You will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number and inquire about package status.


Will my shipment have a get a tracking number?

Yes, we provide a tracking number with all orders. If you have not received one, it usually means we have not sent your package out. Rarely, when we have to order a part, it can take 4-5 days for us to receive it (usually much quicker). If you still haven't received a tracking number by four or five days after your order, you can email us and ask.


<Size limit for the package>

There is a size limit for every country. So sometimes we cannot send the package to you. Normally ‘Lower fairing, rear side cover’ will exceed the limit. These parts will be over 2m after packing it. Therefore we cannot send it to the countries below:

Brazil, Spain, Argentina, South America, New Zealand, Latvia, the Netherlands, Rumania, Turkey, etc.

If you already paid for the part, we will refund it to you.

If you want to get your package by P.O. Box, there is no one to receive the package.

If the package is lost or missing, it will be the customer’s responsibility.

Because of this, it is our policy not to send to P.O. Boxes. If it is absolutely necessary to send via P.O. Box, we can do this but the customer will assume all responsibility for lost or missing parts.

The customs policies of Brazil and Spain are very strict. Delays are possible. Additional documentation may be required as well. You will need to adhere to their policies to get your package quickly. If you do not claim your package, it will be returned to us. The customer will need to pay for shipping fees to send it again.


Payment Questions:

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently use PayPal both as our credit card processor and to take PayPal payments.

What if you do not have a PayPal account or a credit card, you can pay it through bank transfer as well.


Do I need to have a PayPal account?

No, you do not. When you get to the PayPal screen, you can click "continue" on the left, under "Don't have a PayPal account?"

Note: You CAN'T do this if your email address is already associated with a PayPal account.


Will I have to pay customs duties?

Depending on your country, the answer may well be yes. The customer is responsible for All customs duties levied. Some countries, such as Australia and the USA, have no customs. Other countries, such as those in Europe, do have customs and/or VAT. 

We are still working to find out comprehensive customs information for every country. If you have any special advice to give us about how to label your package or what forms to include, please let us know.

We will never know how much tax the customs will charge for the package. Every country has different standards. You will need to find out from your country’s customs. We can mark your package’s value as you wish. Please leave a message if you have a request about it. Also, please let me know if you need a separate invoice.


General Questions:


How can I find the part I need?

The most simple way is to just select your model and browse all the parts available or that bike. But searching is a lot faster. One way is to search by model name + part name, for instance "GT250R handlebar". The search box can find parts of a name as well, so searching for "GT hand" will find handlebars and hand warmers for the GT250,GT250R, GT650R, etc. 

This can be useful if you don't remember how to spell a part - for instance, "alt" would find alternators. 

If you can't find it, you can also try a different name - for instance, if "saddlebag" doesn't turn up anything, try "box". 

A second way is to search by the model number. First, make sure you are using the same parts catalog that we do: Click here to download our catalogs. Then, use the FIRST column of parts numbers, the one headed "Korea." Over 90% of our products have the part number in the description, so searching by part number is a good way to quickly find the part you need.


How do i create an account?

Is the part listed on your site for the carbureted or EFI model?

By default, ALL the parts on the web site are for carbureted models. In the future. Many parts will work for both, but not all. If your bike is EFI, PLEASE contact us before ordering to verify that your parts will work. In the future, we will devise a more elegant solution to this.

I have a UM (United Motors) / Kinetic motorcycle. Will your parts work for me?

The Kinetic Hyosung Comet is the equivelant of the GT250 Comet.

The Kinetic Hyosung Aquila is the equivelant of the GV250 Aquila.

For both bikes, other than labels and such, there should be 100% parts compatibility.

For UM (United Motors):

The V2S 250 is the GT250 Comet.

The V2S 250R is the GT250R Comet.

The V2S 650 is the GT650 Comet.

The V2S 650R is the GT650R Comet.

The V2C 250S is the GV250 Aquila.

The V2S 650S is the GV650 Aquila/Avitar.

The V2S 650T is the GV650 Aquila/Avitar.

Other than the labels, there should be 100% parts compatibility between these bikes.

However, before ordering, please check if your bike is EFI or carbureted. If it is EFI, confirm that the parts will work before ordering.

To the best of our knowledge, NONE of the dirt bikes/dual purpose/ATV/scooters sold by UM ( are Hyosungs, and we do NOT supply parts for them.


My part arrived broken or damaged; or, I received the wrong part. What should I do?

Please send us a picture of the part. Our general policy is to send a replacement, and to ask that you send us back the incorrect part using the slowest shipping method possible. We will then reimburse the shipping cost.


Can you provide a discount for a large order?

Our business is based on a "wholesale to the public" model, based on a very low price markup. Therefore, in most cases, we aren't able to offer an additional discount.


I am interested in reselling your parts in my home country.

We are happy to provide drop shipping services, so spare you the trouble of keeping inventory on hand. To help with this, in some cases we can also provide free of charge a fully featured website, similar to this one, customized for your local market.
