 -Shipping Terms

-We ship to worldwide and all items ship from South Korea 

-Items are shipped within 1 business day after payment has been completed. Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays DO NOT count as a business day.

-All items ship from South Korea using Air Mail OR EMS, an international express mail service. If we do not have your part in stock, we will order it from the Hyosung warehouse, which usually takes about 2 days.

-Items will be shipped same business day as much as possible depending on time of day item is purchased and payment received..

-Please note your Telephone when your payment. Telephones are must for international express shipping.       

 

-Shipping Service

-Parcel weight more than 2 KG will be sent via Express Mail Service EMS.

-If you have any question about the Shipping Service, Contact us first your bidding.       

-If the package is lost in transit, we will follow up with shipping company right away, replacement or refund at buyer's choice.

 

-Shipping Time

-Sometimes shipping time may have a little delay, such as Customs check packages strictly, Bad weather, Holidays.

-Registered Air Mail (Economy Shipping) will take 8 to 20 business days.

-Express Mail Service EMS (Expedited shipping) will take 4 to 7 business days.

-Deliver time depends on destination and some country may take 5 to 10 day more.

(Malta, Spain, Greece, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Italy some country shipping usually takes more than 3~4 weeks due to stick customs)      

 

-Import duties & Taxes

-Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buy's responsibility.

-Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 

-Returns

We accept returns for unused, unopened products that are in the same condition as you received them within seven (7) days of receipt. However, if we have shipped the correct part and it arrives in good condition, you will be required to

pay the shipping cost back to us, and the amount we refund will be less our actual shipping charges. Depending on your country, you may still be liable for the import duties you have paid, even if you do not keep the part. Please order

carefully! We have gone to great pains to make it clear exactly what you are ordering to avoid confusion. If you have any questions (such as what bolts and hardware is included, whether a part will work for your bike, etc.), please contact us

before ordering. Carefully check your order upon receipt and notify us within ten (10) days of any problems. Broken or damaged items should be reported to your local postal service, and to us as well. If we ship the wrong part and the

mistake was on our end, we will do what it takes to make it right - generally, we will ship you the correct part and pay for you to ship the part back to us using whatever method is least expensive.

 

-Payment

-We only accept PAYPAL. 

-Pleas make sure that your account is verified and shipping address is confirmed. We will only ship to confirmed addresses. There wil be no exceptions.

 

-Defective

If product is defective upon arrival, please email us immediately with a digital photo of the product, we will assist you with the returning procedure and we will be responsible for all shipping charges.

 

-Damage

If product is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail a digital photo of the problem. We will file a damage claim to the shipping company. After claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at shipping company's cost.

 

-Received Incorrect item

If buyer received incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and responsible for re-shipping charge. (For domestic shipment only).

 

-Purchased wrong Items and want to exchange

If you purchased the wrong item by error and wants a return, shipping and handling charges is not refundable, buyer will also be responsible for another shipping and handling charge.

 

-Purchased wrong item and want a refund

If you purchased the wrong item by error and wants an exchange, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Item must be in original packing and unused condition in order to be qualified for returned.
